Sarah Remmer, RD - Canada's Child and Family Nutrition Expert

Sarah Remmer is a Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist, and Mom of 3. Known as Canada's child and family nutrition expert, Sarah runs a nutrition communications and consulting company, and shares her expertise on her popular blog and in the media (both local and national). Sarah is also the founder of The Centre for Family Nutrition, a Calgary-based pediatric and family nutrition counselling practice where she leads a team of dietitians who work one-on-one with clients in the areas of pre-natal/post-natal nutrition, child nutrition, picky eating, family nutrition, nutrition for breastfeeding and healthy weight loss for moms.
