Build Fee
Whether you buy the parts or I buy the parts, your fee will be 10% of the total value of the components
Ex.
1. If total value of components is $500.00 (before taxes), Build Fee will be $50.00 (tax included)
2. If total value of components is $753.33 (before taxes), Build Fee will be $75.33 (tax included)

Other Fees
1. $24.99 - Upgrades (Graphics, Audio, Memory, Hard Drives, etc.) - for labor only
2. $49.99 - Hard Drive Erase / Wipe

Notes:
All Fees are tax inclusive.

All components are ordered new. Please allow 1-2 weeks for parts to arrive (if I am buying the parts) and an additional one week for me to build.

Accepting CASH or Major Credit Cards for payments.

50% (negotiable) Down Payment required before proceeding with the build, unless you are supplying the parts.
