Hall Rentals Overview

We have three rooms available to rent for your Saskatoon wedding, meetings or other events. The Large Vimy Memorial Hall, a Smaller Hall, and the Sports Lounge.

The Large Vimy Memorial Hall has a maximum capacity of 207 people.

The Smaller Poppy Hall can fit 80 people comfortably.

Visitors should be aware we do not allow any outside food or beverages. (We make exceptions for birthday and wedding cakes.)

If customers want to bring in their own wine to the Lounge, we charge $4.00 corkage per bottle.

When booking we require a non-refundable deposit, as well as a final confirmation of numbers five days prior.

All food orders for bookings must be made 2 weeks in advance.

The Vimy Memorial Hall – Is one of the Most Affordable Wedding Venues in Saskatoon

Our large banquet hall, the Vimy Memorial Hall, seats up to 207 people and is available to rent for special occasions such as weddings, corporate Christmas parties, New Year Parties and other functions. This room comes complete with dance floor and a stage. A full service bar is available. Some events commonly held in the Vimy Memorial Hall include:

This room also accommodates large formal Legion special events sponsored by the branch on a monthly basis.
