Sault Ste. Marie Safe Communities Partnership

Since 1999, the Sault Ste. Marie Safe Communities Partnership has aligned with local businesses, social service organizations, and various government agencies, as well as the general public to enhance and develop injury prevention programs and safety initiatives.

Comprised of a volunteer Board of Directors and operating as a not-for-profit, we are the umbrella organization for all injury prevention in our community with a mission of making the city of Sault Ste. Marie and area the safest place in the world in which to live, learn, work, and play.

We coordinate with our partners to host events, workshops and conferences to enhance community safety. Together, we can make safety and injury prevention a part of the culture of Sault Ste. Marie!
