Hi there, my name is Sophia, you know like the glamorous Hollywood legendary star, Sophia Loren! Love her so much!

Welcome to my little amazing spot here. You're here because you stumbled upon me or you've heard about me. Yup, I'm that online #GoToGirl who takes care of people from the inside out. What does that mean? Well, I am a licensed aestetician having worked in the beauty spa industry in Toronto, Canada.

What I do:

1. I work out with you. Oh, yes I do!! I find cool recipes to make our meals delicious and fun to look at. I'm hoping you have cool recipes for me to try too! I share the journey and talk about how we can make it better for ourselves.

2. I customize your regime to help you reach the optimal results you want for a beautiful, radiant skin.

3. The body is also an area to be taken care of. Cellulite is an issue for us all. We can refine the appearance of this too.


We all have different goals, and that is ok. What is most important is your commitment to make a change in your life. The rest will come and I'll be your biggest cheerleader watching you do the work to get into the rest of the best of your life!

I partnered with ActiLabs to uplift me as well as to get me on track and fit. Love the detox tea, hydra slim in my water; the wraps to lose inches and the shakes to replace the meals. I needed something I was going to enjoy but do at home to take care of me. You see, I am my mother's full time caregiver. Sadly she is on a memory loss journey. This has been a great addition to my daily routine and one I have fun with.
