Voyageur Council is situated on the Eastern tip of Ontario and Gatineau, reaching from Petawawa to Kingston. Voyageur Council follows the US International and the Quebec Provincial Borders encompassing 8 distinct Areas with over a hundred groups. We are bringing quality programming to 7,000 members and counting.
