Since his call to the Ontario bar in 2002, Sean has gained extensive experience handling claims related to automobile accidents, accident benefits (SABS), slip and falls, long-term disability insurance, occupier’s liability and false imprisonment. He has handled numerous claims involving people who have suffered serious and catastrophic injuries.

Before he represented injured plaintiffs, for thirteen years Sean practised at two of Ottawa’s most prominent law firms in the area of insurance defence litigation. During this period he represented several of Canada’s largest insurance companies. This experience has provided Sean with valuable insight when bringing claims on behalf of accident victims today.
