There is a yoga style for everyone, there are no rules, no prerequisites and no excuses!
In the name - Samadhi is a state of self-realization attained through meditation and yoga. Upon reaching this state you will experience the release of the ego and an overwhelming sense of bliss and joy.
My goal at Seeking Samadhi is to share the tools required to reach this state through daily practice of yoga and meditation.
