Seoul Station

It is with great pride and excitement that I announce the opening of our newest restaurant “Seoul Station Korean Bar B Q” at 207 Nelson Street in Pembroke Ontario. We will continue to offer our gastropub menu under “Tucson’s Tap and Grill” but we will be launching “Seoul Station Korean Bar B Q” under the leadership and management of Francisco Rho and Master Chef Sylvia Choi.

Francisco brings extensive business experience in diverse backgrounds but most recently in a management capacity at Samsung Corporation in Montreal. Chef Sylvia has been cooking for over 20 years, notably spending 10 years in Pakistan as head chef at a prestigious country club for expatriates and 10 years as head chef at a Korean restaurant in Montreal. Chef Sylvia prides herself in cooking with only the finest produce and ingredients and she creates all her culinary offerings including her amazing sauces all in-house from her original recipes. She has a very creative soul and is excited about cooking with local ingredients. I am immensely proud that we were able to hire both these talents and relocate them to Pembroke to offer the city further options for dining. I hope you will enjoy your experience of Korean food which has been created and modified over centuries with a view to creating good health through food. No one understands the adage “you are what you eat” more than Koreans. Korean food celebrates not only the power of food as celebration of the bounty of the earth through its amazing tastes and flavours but also recognizes the power of food to create a healthy body.
