SFU Dance Marathon

Dance Marathon is a year-long, student-led fundraising initiative that supports Children's Miracle Network member hospitals across North America. Participants raise money for their local children's hospital by collecting donations from friends and family and participating in various events throughout the year, culminating in an on-campus celebration of the total amount raised with live music, performances, and entertainment. Patient families from the local hospital also participate in the event and share their heartwarming stories. Although participants do not necessarily have to dance for the entire event, they are asked to stay on their feet for the full duration.
