Shadz Of Talent started in 2005 because it was recognized there was a need to have a variety of different ethnicities in the T.V/ Film industry. From that day onwards Shadz Of Talent started giving people an opportunity to experience what it was like to be part of the making of a Television or Film project by being cast as a part of the Atmosphere or simple terms Background. The founder stressed that this role was vital because it was and is considered the glue that keeps the Movies or Television projects together. This was a first step also for someone to get an understanding of what it is like to be on a T.V/ Film set. This was coined in the agency as the C Stage or the Introduction Stage. From there Prospects who were interested in learning more started in the B Stage or Beginning Stage. In this area the prospects started to learn the art of acting through the means of taking Formal Acting Training Classes. As they progressed through their training and became more comfortable in their abilities to act they were then given opportunities to audition and get cast for speaking roles in various projects. To date there have been several actors that have evolved into being cast in roles for Feature Films, T.V. Movies and commercials.
