Sherrick's Wilderness

Sherrick's Wilderness resort is located on an island on beautiful Johnson Lake near Orr MN. We have 4 cabins to choose from which can accommodate from 8 to 12 people each. Johnson Lake is connected to Spring Lake and Little Johnson, so you get 3 lakes of fishing for the price of one. Walleyes, Northern, Smallmouth Bass, Perch, and some Lake Trout and Whitefish are available. Fisherman's special is $450.00 per person per week, which includes portage to and from the island, housekeeping cabin, boat, and motor, (2-3 people per boat). Only extras are fuel for the boat and generator (usually runs about $50.00 extra per person), and taxes. Guests usually book a year in advance and we have very few vacancies, but we will try to accommodate anyone who calls. Cabins have gas stove, gas refrigerator, electric freezer, hot water, indoor toilets and shower, all your utensils and cookware, outdoor gas grill and fryer, and fire ring. Boats are 16 ft. Lund or Alumacraft, motors are 15 horse Johnsons. 3 larger boats are available for an extra charge having 25 and 40 HP. motors and swivel seats. One pontoon is also available for an additional charge.
