WHO WE ARE

Like most this company didn’t start as you see it today. I had been working in Digital Marketing for fashion and beauty brands for 15 + years. As I progressed in my career I noticed changes in the market. The internet provided huge amounts of information on products and ingredients that were previously kept from the consumer. Alongside this I climbed the ladder and I became more involved with the production of the products; I quickly became annoyed with the lack of corporate responsibility companies offered to their customers. From production to packaging the products which I was charged with selling were simply bad. They were bad for you, the ingredients were bad, the packaging was bad for the environment and rather than putting the money into the product i was seeing millions of dollars spent on marketing to convince the customers that these products were not in fact bad… but great! The more I saw the more I became obsessed with the idea of producing everyday products that were good - just really good products with honest ingredients that worked.

The beauty industry was the biggest offender I saw. Lipsticks containing lead, lanolin wax (wax derived from sheep’s wool using harsh chemical detergents), petroleum, glycerol, and so much more all branded as Natural. These items are technically natural but they aren’t anything you’d ever want to put on your face let alone on your lips or your children and babies.

So who I am I, and who is BEAUT.e - we are brand that produces quality, cruelty free, often vegan & organic, beauty & skincare products from food grade ingestible ingredients; honest good products that work.

WHAT WE DO

At BEAUT.e we make skincare & beauty products that work. We are committed to using 100% ingestible food grade ingredients in all of our skincare & cosmetics. Your skin is your body’s largest organ and it absorbs more than 60% of everything that you apply to it - rather than thinking about beauty products as what you put onto your skin we think about it as what you put into your skin. If you wouldn’t eat it than we don’t want you rubbing it on your face and lips.

We use vitamin E oil to naturally extend the shelf life of our products. Our packaging is all 100% recyclable and we are working to move towards full compostable packaging. We believe our corporate responsibility is to offer clean honest products. We clearly list all of our ingredients on every product page along with pictures of what each ingredient is. Identifiable, pronounceable & familiar. All of our products are vegan - we can still make high quality skincare without using animal by products so we skip the bad stuff and you can feel good that your beauty regime is fully cruelty free. The animals will thank you.



All of our products are fragrance free - they are scented only by the 100% natural ingredients which we use. Synthetic fragrances use alcohol and chemicals that irritate the skin - so we skip it entirely.

WHY

Because we should. Our belief is simple: We want to produce good honest products with quality ingredients that work. Our quality ingredients are expensive and the products are produced in small batches. This isn’t an easy achievement. We work hard to make our products better rather than cheaper - we invest in the ingredients to make amazing skincare and beauty that you can feel good about rather than marketing to convince our customers to buy things they shouldn’t.

It’s about corporate responsibility and doing what’s right - helping our customers look great while doing it - well that’s the icing on the cake.
