Thanks to a dear friend for teaching me this almost lost art of pulled wool pads. The same technique is used now as was 100 years ago. These are amazing pads that will last many years. The construction allows for continuous airflow, and the wool fiber allows for excellent shock absorbing and moisture wicking capabilities. Due to wools natural insulating qualities, these pads are cool in summer and warm in winter. They are also antimicrobial and resistant to dirt and debris. Do your horse a favor and use these amazingly comfy and durable saddle pads; your horse will love you for it :)
