"Sky Is No Limit Consulting" is a professional educational & career consulting service in Ontario, Canada - owned and operated by Ramya Siva, M.Ed.

I am a client-centred, solution-focused, and evidence-based Learning Strategist and Career Educator with five+ years of combined experience in Academic and Career Development of university students as a Student Affairs & Services professional in the Canadian Higher Education sector.

With a Master's degree in Developmental Psychology and Education, I embrace a developmental model to supporting individuals in all aspects of their professional pursuits, grounded in evidence-based, theory and data-driven practice.

I have a strong commitment to promoting holistic development and equity, which makes me the Success Advocate that I am today. Working under an anti-oppression framework, I take social responsibility for fostering equity, diversity, and inclusion and advocate for equal opportunities for growth, success, and well-being of those around me, guiding them towards achieving their full potential. This is especially true for my demonstrated supporting clients from disadvantaged and minority backgrounds, to whom I have been offering my Consulting Services on a pro bono basis for several years now, out of a genuine desire to bring about social change on a small scale - one persons at a time. Requests by individuals in need, from disadvantaged and minority backgrounds (including students from low socioeconomic families, first generation students, unemployed/recent graduates, new immigrants, refugees, single parents, women, victims of violence) will be considered on a by-needs basis by self-referral, or on a customized sliding scale if currently employed.
