Sleepwell Management is one of Ottawa's largest property management firms with over 10 years of experience and 1500 units under management. In 2014, Sleepwell began investing in commercial and residential property in downtown Pembroke with the acquisition of The Mews, and most recently with a number of buildings along Pembroke Street West. We are committed to the revitalization of the downtown core and now have 60,000 sq ft. of commercial space and 45 residential apartments in our portfolio. The response from local entrepreneurs has been very exciting and as new shops open and apartments are renovated the main street has once again become a welcoming and unique place to shop and live.
