How to book Us:

1. Contact us and let us know the date of your event to check its availability from our calendar of events.

2. Once the date is confirmed we will send a reservation form for you to fill out with the details of your event.

3. Once reservation form has been received, your event will tentatively be booked and held on our Book of Events for ONE WEEK (7 days). Bank details, full service quotation and contract will be provided.

4. Please deposit the required down payment and send us a photo of the transaction via email.

5. After down payment is settled, Payment Confirmation is provided.

6. We will send you our designed template 1-2 weeks time prior to the date of your event for approval and to make minimal changes on the design.
