I believe that healing is a 2-way street and we should be active participants in our own health. I believe that Reiki and Reflexology are both modalities that assist in relaxing the body and allow the body to heal itself. Reiki clears any energy blocks that interfere with healing and Reflexology sends oxygen and nutrients to the body and allows the body to relax, aiding in healing.
