The owner of Solera Holistic Health, Melanie Hesketh has a strong passion for wellness and nutritional health. She is a Graduate of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition.

As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, wife, and mother of two teenage sons, Melanie understands the demands of balancing a harmonious family life while maintaining healthy eating habits. Her practice specializes in Weight Management, Live Blood Analysis, Detoxification and Lifestyle Coaching. She is Windsor/Essex County’s FIRST Certified Metabolic Balance® Coach, Europe’s #1 all-natural weight loss program. You’ll frequently hear her on the Lynn Martin Show, Experts on Call or at corporate talks and wellness workshops in the community.

She passionately works with clients to help successfully build and maintain nutritional and emotional well- being. Her goal is to help educate, inspire, motivate and to aid all clients to achieve an abundance of health and well-being.
