Ayurveda is known as the “Knowledge of Life.” It involves a harmonious interaction between the action, intellect, behavior, body, emotions and the environment in which we live. All these elements are equally important. Balance is health in Ayurvedic philosophy. When we reach a state of balance, we achieve an inner harmony that leaves a sense of well-being.

AYURVEDIC CONSULTATION
You will be asked a series of questions regarding your health, lifestyle, diet, environment, employment and hobbies. Once there is an understanding of your background then your skin, hair, eyes, tongue, nails are examined and prescribe if necessary herbs and a treatment plan to help your body become balanced.

ABHYANGA MASSAGE
Depending on your constitution this massage is either vigorous or gentle application. Special herbs and oils are heated and massaged into your body with a special technique. Which helps the toxin to move towards the gastro-intestinal track and eventually eliminated from the body.

CHAKRAS BALANCING MASSAGE
By blending oils and aromas with a deep tissue massage and applying the appropriate energy to affect different Chakras.

SHIRODHARA
Shirodhara is a very relaxing treatment that helps with headaches, insomnia, nervous disorders, anxiety, hypertension and mental fatigue. Special herbs and oils that compliment your constitution are heated in a copper vessel that will be placed 6” above your head. The oil will stream over your forehead for about 25 mins. Followed by a massaging your face, head and shoulders.

NASYA
Nasya helps to keep the patients eyes, ears and nose impaired. Helps alleviate headaches, facial paralysis, hemophilia, disease of the nose, frozen shoulder, sinusitis, mental disorders, parkinsonism disease, skin complaints, head diseases and will prevent the early aging process. Patient lies down on their back. Oils are administered in one nostril while the other nostril is closed and vice versa. Then the soles, shoulders, neck, ears and palms are gently massaged.

REIKI ~ ½ HR ~ 1 HR ~ 1 ½ HR
Reiki is a Japanese technique of stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. It is administered by “laying of the hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us. Reiki is made up of two words Rei, which means “God’s Wisdom or Higher Power”, and Ki, which means “life force energy.” So Reiki is actually “spiritually guided life force energy.”

Treatments range from 1/2 hour to 3 hours in time
