Who is the chick behind Soundchick SFX?
Mélanie Gauthier has been working in picture and sound production and postproduction for over 20 years. As sound field recordist and sound designer, she toured the world and worked with industry seasoned professional on 100 documentary films.

Her passion for travel and sound design brought her to the far reaches of the world where she recorded the various unique soundscapes of Asia, Australia, Africa and even Arctic.

SOUNDCHICK SFX is the result of Mélanie’s desire not only to commit all these sounds to memory but to create a tool that can be of precious help to others.
