We invite you to come and experience a staple in the Russian tradition! Call it a sauna, steam room, baths or banya, it’s an ideal place to unwind and enjoy good company.

Countries such as Finland, Rome, Turkey and Russia have made steaming a big part of their heritage and for good reason! Aside from being one of the best ways to relax, steaming also has numerous health benefits. Regular steaming can help strengthen the immune system, improve blood circulation, cleanse and enhance the skin and help relieve muscle and stress tension!
