Spark Healthy Lifestyle

The Spark program is a four-week overnight camp that focuses on educating teens and sparking their interest in physical activity as well as leading a healthy lifestyle. Campers will be taking part in hands-on activities designed by health professionals (clinical psychologist and certified dietitian) who will teach them how to integrate nutrition and physical activity into their everyday lives. As opposed to focusing on weight-loss as a quick fix, our goal is to make a difference in their lives by giving them the tools they need to develop lifelong healthy habits. To add to all the learning and physical activities, campers will also go on educational field trips and take part in fun cooking classes learning how to make healthy versions of their favourite dishes. Top it all off with bonfires, scavenger hunts, and improv, and you’ve got the perfect summer camp!
