Whether you are dealing with a new injury or struggling with the ongoing challenges of aging with a physical disability, we help people and their families adjust, adapt and thrive in their community.

We do this by providing answers, information and unique community experiences throughout BC.

Support from someone who's been there can be empowering. Our Peer Program matches people living with an SCI or other physical disability to offer support and information based on their own personal experiences. We help connect peers with peer volunteers based on injury level or disability type, age, interests and so on.

One of the joys of being a member or volunteer is the opportunity to attend some of our incredible events held throughout the year. From action sports like bungee-jumping, kayaking and sailing days to more relaxed social activities like The Women’s Tea, Laughing Spasms Comedy Night or the famous Bus Stop Hop, we've got something for people of all ages and interests across the province. We also offer training sessions for our members in public speaking, cooking, advocacy, assertiveness and much more.
