The Spring Thaw Triathlon on May 14, 2017 consists of two distances: a Sprint and a Try-a-tri. This is the perfect opportunity for beginner triathletes to try a shorter distance race, and for veteran triathletes to kick-start their triathlon seasons. Centered on the University of Alberta North Campus, the Spring Thaw aims to provide a fun and feasible competitive environment for student triathletes, and to promote triathlon in the Edmonton community.
