Squamish Mountain Festival

The Squamish Mountain Festival ran for nine years, as a cultural festival to celebrate climbing and our roots in Squamish. It was a great run. We had good times, with fun people. To bring that feeling to more folks, and to invite a larger audience to come out and witness this amazing place, we thought it would be even better to change the event to a 3 day educational based climbing academy.

Squamish is a mecca. Climbers from around the globe come to try these routes. Adding the Squamish Academy into our event series focused on climbing education around the world is an opportunity to link communities and learning. As the second event in the series, Squamish Climbing Academy follows our amazing Alpine Academy in Chamonix, FR.
