St. Andrew's Anglican Church, Sidney BC

St. Andrew's is a parish in the Anglican Diocese of British Columbia
(Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands),
part of the Anglican Church of Canada

We are a vibrant Christian community of about 300 families located in the heart of Sidney. We are a diverse parish family and this is represented in our four weekly services:

Thursday 10:00 am; a small and intimate gathering of between fifteen and twenty-five people, who meet for Holy Communion. On the first Thursday of every month we have a healing service along with our usual service.

Sunday 7:45 am: This is a quiet service of Holy Communion using traditional Anglican liturgy.

Sunday 9:00 am: This is our largest weekly service. The 9:00 service uses contemporary Anglican liturgy and its music is driven by piano and guitar. Sunday School and a staffed nursery are offered during this service.

Sunday 11:00 am: This service is our most diverse liturgically. Featuring a robed choir and traditional organ music, the 11:00 service uses a variety of liturgical styles, ranging from traditional to contemporary, and from
Communion to Morning Prayer.
