St.FX Student Success Centre

Student Success Centre (formerly the Writing Centre) instructors assist students from all disciplines in developing their own critical thinking, writing, and self-editing practices. Instructors provide the environment for students to help themselves by emphasizing writing as a process that requires planning, critical reflection, and practice. Students can apply the strategies they learn in their appointments, whether they are within Writing Centre programs or appointments, in their classes, other academic work and, indeed, beyond the academic arena.
