Stoneridge Gardens & Nursery

Stoneridge Gardens & Nursery is a family owned and operated nursery near Middleville, Ontario. We, Laurie and Larry Bachand opened Stoneridge Gardens & Nursery in 1994 and recently our daughter Jessica has joined us.
The nursery grew from a love of gardening in general and specifically, gardening with perennials. It is such a joy to see the plants emerging in spring, then the explosion of growth and flowers all season well into late fall. In winter, the plumes of the Ornamental grasses hold our interest.
We invite you to come and stroll through our gardens.
Seeing mature plantings allows you to decide if a particular plant will work in your garden. We encourage people to come often since the gardens change throughout the season. There are perennials that bloom all season long, some have a long season of bloom, and others are more fleeting.
If you prefer to go straight to the nursery, we have 7500 sq ft. of greenhouses. We grow our plants from seed, cuttings, and division.
We cold grow our plants, which means that we do not heat our greenhouses. The plants are well acclimatized and very hardy. It also keeps the plants healthy and happy all season since they have not been forced into early growth. To help keep prices down we have opted to not take credit cards, debit, or Interac. Our existing customers agree that cash or cheque only is quite acceptable. We hope you agree! We look forward to seeing or hearing from you...
