Welcome to Studio Cardinal. Where service is always friendly and every client matters (whether their tattoo is big or small). Studio Cardinal is owned and operated by me, Rose Cardinal. As a former art educator, I hold both a degree and diploma in Fine Arts. There are no bells and whistles here... Just honest and good work by a good person (who only swears a little). Although the studio space is quite unique, I choose to let my work speak for me... and that's why you're here! For tattoos! I enjoy all styles as well as colour and black and grey work.
