Our highly trained and certified staff provide small group classes where all of our students receive individual attention, are called by name, and receive not only a amazing workout, but a great customer service experience. We do believe that in order to be consistent with a healthy lifestyle fitness needs to be fun. Who wouldn’t want to enjoy their workout? No one! Our classes are the right amount of fun and fitness that will make you feel the burn the next day. After your first 5 classes, you will feel more strong, confident, coordinated in class, and perhaps even a little sexier! We recommend our guests aim to come in for class at least 3-5x a week to see results.
