Studio Collective

Studio Collective is the brainchild of 2 locally based London photographers. Owner - Mai Tilson from Mai Tilson - Photographer, Owner - Aroha McKaig from HArtistree Photographics. It is a collaborative photography studio that offers space for rent to photography professionals based in London Ontario and surrounding districts. Our studio offers three unique shooting areas. We have a fully set Boudoir area (Studio B) with ample space and natural light. We also have our fashion studio (Studio A) which comes complete with both natural light windows and also an Infinity wall for fashion shoots. Studio A also has a makeup station and change/ styling area for clients and models. Studio C is our "Whitebox" Studio located upstairs that is a pure white space with large windows and a minimalist feel. We also carry a large range of studio equipment, lighting and props for hire.

NON MEMBER HOURLY AND DAILY RATES

Studio A - Non Members
Hourly Studio Time (2 hour minimum)
$35/hr
-Includes one set of Backdrop stands and "Paper Drops" only.
(a $50 cleaning deposit is required and put on HOLD should studio cleaning be required after rental is completed. It will be returned if studio cleaning is not required).

Studio B - Non Members
Hourly Studio Time (2 hour minimum) $55

-Our boudoir rental for Studio B includes a bed, soft furnishings, furniture pieces and linens unless otherwise arranged (a $85 deposit is required and put on HOLD for linens should dry cleaning be required after your session. This fee is returned if dry cleaning is not required)

Studio C - The "White Box" Studio - Non-members
Hourly Studio Rate (minimum 2 hours) $25 p/hr

Full Day Studio A - Non Members
$200 (8 hour maximum)
-Includes one set of Backdrop Stands and any "Paper Drops" only
-Includes use of Infinity wall
(a $50 cleaning deposit is required and put on HOLD should studio cleaning be required after rental is completed. It will be returned if studio cleaning is not required).

Full Day Studio B - Non Members
$265 (8 hour maximum)
-Includes use of Boudoir Studio which includes a bed, soft furnishings, furniture pieces and linens
(a $85 deposit is required and put on HOLD for cleaning and linens should dry cleaning be required after your session. This fee is returned if dry cleaning is not required)

Full Day Studio C - Non Members
$150 (8 hour maximum)

Full Day Studio A and B - Non Members
$375 (8 hour maximum)
-Includes use of Fashion Studio and Boudoir Studio which includes a bed, soft furnishings, furniture pieces and linens (a $135 security deposit is required for Studios A and B and is put on HOLD for cleaning or linens should dry cleaning be required after your session. This security fee is returned cleaning is not required)

Half Day Studio A - Non Members
$125 (4 hours maximum)
-Includes one set of Backdrop Stands and all "Paper Drops" only
-Includes use of Infinity wall
(a $35 cleaning deposit is required and put on HOLD should studio cleaning be required after rental is completed. It will be returned if studio cleaning is not required).

Half Day Studio B - Non Members
$165 (4 hours maximum)
-Includes use of Boudoir Studio which includes a bed, soft furnishings, furniture items and linens (a $85 deposit is required and put on HOLD for cleaning and linens should dry cleaning be required after your session. This fee is returned if dry cleaning is not required)

Half Day Studio C - Non Members
$100 (4 hrs maximum)

MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES

Silver Membership Package ( use of either Studio A OR B only - 1 only per session)
$150/month
-6 hours of studio time per month (first come first served booking)

- For Studio B this includes a bed, soft furnishing, furniture items and linens

-For Studio A this includes one set of Backdrop Stand and use of any "Paper Drops
-Includes the use of the Infinity wall
-Reduced hourly rate of $30/hr for any additional studio time requested during the month
-10% off of prop rentals and workshops offered by Studio Collective

Gold Membership Package (Includes both Studio A and B)
$250/month
-8 hours of studio time per month (first come first served booking)
-Includes one set of Backdrop Stands and "Paper Drops" only
-Includes use of the Infinity wall
-Includes use of Boudoir studio
-Includes use of 1 light and light modifier during studio time
-Reduced hourly rate of $25/hr for any additional studio time requested during the month
-15% off of prop rentals and workshops offered by Studio Collective

Platinum Membership Package (includes both Studio A and Studio B)
$300/month
-12 hours of studio time per month (first come first served booking)
-Includes one set of Backdrop Stands and all "Paper Drops" only
-Includes use of Infinity wall
-Includes use of Boudoir studio
-Includes use of 1 light and light modifier during studio time
-Reduced rate of $20/hr for any additional studio time requested during the month
-30% off of prop rentals and workshops offered by Studio Collective.

Single Light Kit: $50 per session
Two Piece Light Kit: $100 per session
Three Piece Light Kit: $150 per session
Four Piece Light Kit: $200 per session
Five+ Lighting Kit: $300 per session

Addtional Backdrop stands $10 per session in studio
Backdrop stands for hire outside studio $30 per day
Pocket wizard transceivers/receivers $50 per session
Hair light boom: $15 per session
Beauty Dish: $15 per session
Octobox Softbox: $15 per session
Softbox: $15 per hour
Parabolic Umbrella's: $15 per session
Variety of reflectors small, medium, large: $10 per session
Variety of Polyprop/Vinyl Drops and Flooring: $25 per session


Other props and accessories are also available on request.

OTHER FEES/CHARGES AND OBLIGATIONS

All clients are required to complete and sign a studio rental agreement and insurance waiver prior to use.

Photographers and clients MUST SIGN IN upon arrival.

A equipment security deposit of $200 may also required prior to studio and equipment usage. This will be returned upon inspection of equipment once sessions are completed.

A $35 fee for cleaning (for Studio A bookings only) is required for ALL Studio A session bookings.

A $85 fee for cleaning (for combined Studio A + Studio B bookings and also for bookings for Studio B only) is required for ALL studio session bookings. If no cleaning or dry cleaning is required after your session the fee will be returned.
