Studio In Essence is a creative dance, acrobatics, Pilates and wellness centre in downtown Halifax. We are also the hosts of Halifax Pole Theatre, Spinning With The Stars, and other events.
Our team is a collective of highly qualified, caring and creative instructors specializing in acrobatic dance, Gyrotonic and the Pilates method. Over the past 10 years we have guided students to increase strength & flexibility, improve posture & body awareness, enhance self-confidence & vitality, and have fun!
