My name is Aneesa Hosein. I am a Licensed Certified Ultimate Stager, a member of RESA (Real Estate Staging Association) and the founder and CEO of Stylized Interiors Inc.

Stylized Interiors Inc. was founded on the basis of passion and love for design. As far back as I can remember hearing hammer, nails and drills and smelling the fresh smell of cut wood...I knew my parents had a project in the works. As I got older my creativity was bubbling to come out...my parents enrolled me in pottery, painting and ballet which lasted throughout my childhood…it taught me dedication and hard work. Soon after; my parents opened a driveway sealing and interlock business which I quickly became the master of. At a very young age my father put me in charge of the design ideas for curb appeal and helping him to acquire clients. This is where I became more confident in my abilities to deal with clients and realized I could handle helping more. I continued in my father’s business from the age of 10 to High school.

Fast forward after my University years in Business Management and Accounting; I became employed in Property Management which lasted for 12 years; managing apartment buildings, townhouses and condo's...as my love for real estate and property management grew.....soon after getting married my husband and I decided to become landlords…we bought 4 houses in 3 years; renovated them, staged them and currently still have those houses with great tenants. Soon after that; we started our flipping business where we renovated horrible houses and turned them into homes; I was also staging these properties to sell. Realizing that my success along the way has brought me to my passion for staging; It was part of my whole upbringing of who I was and who I became. I decided to leave my 9-5 and work hard towards my dream…After a lot of hard work and dedication I become a Licensed Certified Home Stager and a RESA (Real Estate Staging Association) Member; and I have never looked back since.

-On Site Consultations
(We provide you with and in-depth 19 Page Report) (This service requires approx. 2-3 Hours depending on what is needed). We go through the interior and exterior of your home and discuss the best options from curb appeal to each specific interior room. At the end, we are confident that we can educate you enough on what your home needs to be market ready.

-Full Home Staging and Vacant Home Staging
Free estimate which consists of De-cluttering, De-personalizing, Furniture placement, Rental Coordination, Accessories, Lighting, Artwork and furniture rental suggestions to enhance your home. (This service will usually take up to a full 8-hour day depending on what is needed)

-Organization Assistance
We assist you in de-cluttering and re-organizing a space that is not working for you. We can also help you create a functional office or library space.

-Downsizing assistance
Estate sale or just downsizing. We can come in and assist you with what needs to stay or go.

-Staging Rental Units (Landlords)
We will assist you in creating space that is specific with tenants in mind and you will have access to our furniture and accessory packages that suits the needs of a landlord.

-Staging for House Flippers
We will work in creating a space that someone will want to buy. From colour consultations to furniture, lighting, artwork, and accessory options to get that house sold!

-Colour Consultations
