A life long search of self, healthy living skills and healthy eating has recently landed me on the doorstep of Beachbody. In my very early years I struggled with anorexia and although I am very healthy I find I still carry the residue of those years with me. I never realized how I still wasn't eating properly until I started working with Beachbody. In my few short weeks I am learning and understanding how LITTLE I was eating and how not eating enough can keep you OVERWEIGHT and UNHEALTHY...SHOCKING to me. I am really starting to feel CONFIDENT in myself. I INVITE you to CHAT with ME....The whole program is AMAZING and fits me...and I would LOVE to SHARE that WITH YOU. :) 1. the constant contact and challenges create a motivation and accountability. i LOVE that. 2. I have met more like minded friends 3. creates real life opportunities to learn share and encourage...before I hopped on board I felt like I had hit an emotional brick wall...I wasn't eating enough (and not getting skinny either..lol) and lost my inner sparkle (I hide that well) .... thank you...honestly... Gosh...ya, I have been down the hard anorexic road. Healthy Living is on the menu and I always am open to learning. I consume mind body and spirit ideas...its not easy at all. I so get it. Being within a group of people with healthy thoughts and ideas filled with energy and the spirit to want to give and lend that positive LOVE is just where I want to BE....
