Sweet Whimsie Handwovens is committed to creating beautiful and safe baby wearing wraps for you and your family.

Due to the nature of handwoven wraps there may be slight inconsistencies in the weaving. Bobbin changes, weft lines, nubs and slubs, and broken thread repairs are all normal irregularities in handwoven fabric along with the occasional dip in the raw selvedges.

Sweet Whimsie Handwovens is located in Canada. All items will be shipped with tracking and insurance. SWH is not responsible for any duty or custom charges incurred. In the event of an insurance claim, the refund will be issued once SWH receives the refund from Canada Post. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

All babywearing products will come with a pamphlet about baby wearing safety. Many videos and tutorials are available on the internet and I encourage you to take full advantage of these to ensure you and your baby will be comfortable and safe. Wraps and slings are meant to assist you in carrying your baby and are not meant to be completely handsfree. In using a Sweet Whimsie Handwoven wrap, you acknowledge that you, and only you, are responsible for the safety of the child and that failing to ensure the safe use of the wrap may cause injury or death to the child. Always check over your wrap for safety prior to each use. Sweet Whimsie Handwovens is not liable for any injury, death, or other loss caused by the incorrect or unsafe use of a Sweet Whimsie Handwovens product. Only you can guarantee the safety of your child. Sweet Whimsie Handwovens is also not liable for damage to the wrap caused by misuse.

Returns – Due to the nature of the product a return will only be accepted after Sweet Whimsie Handwovens is contacted via Facebook or Email and the return approved. Returns for any reason will not be accepted from anyone but the original purchaser. Contact must be made within 7 days of date of delivery if there are any concerns. Once the wrap has been used or washed, or is beyond 7 days of delivery it is non-refundable.

Repairs – Please contact Sweet Whimsie Handwovens if your wrap is in need of repair.

Sweet Whimsie Handwovens cannot be held responsible for the safety or condition of a wrap sold in 'used' condition by anyone other than SWH. SWH is always happy to answer questions about any SWH wraps, purchased new or not.
