Swiss Chalet has been serving delicious rotisserie chicken since 1954.
Here at Swiss chalet we only use fresh, grain-fed, Canadian Grade A chickens. Our secret seasoning and 90 minute self-basting cooking process makes for an instant favorite for all Canadians.
We are also famous for our hand-cut fries, chalet sauce, and ribs.
We marinate our ribs for over 24 hours after we dry-rub them with our signature smoky mesquite spice. We then slow cook them for 2 ½ hours, brushing each rib with our smoky BBQ sauce for ultimate tenderization. We then grill each rib to order for you to enjoy!
We have also added a few new items to refresh up the menu, including the pesto penne, butter chicken and spicy chipotle linguine which are grabbing the attention of food lovers all over Canada.
