Synergy Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

We are a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu team, affiliated with BTT Canada, training out of Synergy Training Center in Fredericton, NB. We offer BJJ for all skill levels from beginner to advanced. We also offer submission wrestling and youth Jiu-Jitsu programs fro kids aged 5-16.

Dana Dickeson is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black belt under the renowned Fabio Holanda and our team is proudly an affiliate club of BTT Canada. Dana is also a professional MMA fighter with a pro record of 6 wins and 1 loss.

Under the tutelage of Dana Dickeson the team has several up and coming competitors in both BJJ and MMA but if competition is not your thing then don't worry...BJJ and MMA have a great recreational following and we welcome all people to the mats, whether you wish to compete or not.

Our youth program is also a huge success. Our students gain self-confidence and self-awareness while improving their fitness level and overall health. The classes are fun and friendly with a non-competitive attitude. Students learn the fundamental techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. If you have kids between 5-16 this is definitely worth a try.
