Teanna Gowing BodyTalk

Hi, my name is Teanna. I am a registered nurse and work on a labour, delivery, recovery, and postpartum unit. I have always been drawn to healthcare, and to being able to support people in the most exciting or the most difficult time of their lives. However, I always felt there was another aspect of healthcare I needed to explore, something that gave me the time and ability to really explore what was going on with my clients. BodyTalk attracted me because it is so limitless-I am able to address any physical, emotional, or spiritual needs of the body. I am now a Certified Bodytalk Practitioner and a BodyTalk Access Technician.

BodyTalk has had a profound impact on my own health, and I always feel so much better after having a session. And I love hearing the same from my clients-decreased anxiety, better sleep, and a release of any negative emotions to name a few!
