Lunch & Dinner Bento box Delivery

1. Menu
The menu will change everyday and every Sunday, we will post the main menu (either meat or fish) for the entire week. Side dishes featuring fresh vegetables depend on what we harvest so we will not be able to post for the entire week. If you have food allergy or sensitivity, Please let us know at the time of placing an order.
Vegetarian or gluten-free options are available upon request.

2. Price
$12 including tax and delivery fee.

3. How to order
E-mail us at tetote703@gmail.com or message us via facebook, noting what you order (Lunch or Dinner), how many boxes you would like, your name, delivery address, and phone number.

4. Order deadline
If you would like to place an order, please contact us the night before the delivery date. For orders more than 10 boxes, we would appreciate an advanced notice. If we still have some space left in the morning of the delivery, we will post a notice on facebook or website around 7 am.

5. Minimum order
Our minimum order requirement is 2 boxes. The set minimum is for us to ensure the on-time delivery.

6. Delivery time
Lunch box- 11:00am to 12:30pm
Dinner box- 5:00pm to 7:00pm
We will give you a call before we arrive at the delivery site.

7. Business days
We are open Tuesday to Friday.

8. Delivery area
We deliver around the general Victoria area. Ask us if you are not sure whether your place is within our delivery area.

9. First-come, first-served
As our bento boxes are limited in quantity, we accept orders on a first-come, first-served basis.
