Our mission is to inspire growth, empowerment and wellbeing through creativity and psychotherapy.

With locations in Burlington, Mississauga, and Toronto (as well as online consultation), we partner with individuals, families and workplaces to leverage their creativity for health and growth.

We have extensive specialized training in the assessment and treatment of children, teens, and adults.

We offer a range of approaches including: Psychotherapy, Art Therapy, Play Therapy, Group Therapy, Family Therapy and Parent Coaching.
