At the Creative Stress Clinic we understand that stress is a normal psychological and physical reaction to the ever-increasing demands of life. Our mission is to provide fun ways to cope with your stress and frustration, in a supportive and comfortable environment, no matter what your needs are. All types of stress are different and what worked for you yesterday may not work today, which is why we have a variety of different stress-relieve rooms. Our company is here for you, to help you manage your busy and stressful lives, and give you a safe, healthy and eco-friendly place to vent and relax.


The breakdown of what we do:

We offer various rooms that offer a modern approach to stress relieve. Basically, you get to break stuff! A few of our rooms include the following: plate throwing; throwing other breakable objects; smashing broken televisions, a “scream-o-meter;” throwing darts at a drawing you create, and so on. We strive to deliver a customizable experience. What separates us from our competitors is that we also offer services such as message therapy (aroma therapy, deep tissue etc.); stress counsellors; sauna/stream room; smoking cessation programs, and a sensory deprivation chamber. On special request we host parties, and can create scenario rooms, such as workplaces, kitchens, and whatever else you can think of. Our establishment is exhilarating. One of the best parts, is that we are eco-friendly, we recycle all the by-products of the fun. Nothing goes to waste!
