A home based business in Fredericton,NB Canada shared between Marion McIntyre and Kathy Power. We specialize in making unique products from berries, fruit, and plants that we forage ourselves in the local area. Currently this includes a large variety of jams, jellies, cordials, syrups, chutneys and preserves that you just can't buy in the grocery store. Some examples would be Dandelion Jelly & Pancake Syrup; Elderberry Jelly, Syrup & Cordial; Hawthorn Jelly; Chokecherry Jelly & Pancake Syrup; Violet Jelly; Highbush Cranberry Jelly; Spiced Blackberry Jelly; Spicy Rhubarb Chutney; Apple Chutney and Pickled Fiddleheads. We make sugar reduced and diabetic friendly versions of our most popular jams and jellies. We sell all of our products at Christmas at the Market in Fredericton every year - a great place to sample. Beyond that we sell from our homes and will deliver for orders of more than $25 in the greater Fredericton area.
