The Grotto Spa's facilities include a mineral salt water pool with a Rundle rock waterfall, mineral water hot tub, essential oil inhalation steam room, cardio and weight room, seating area with fruit and water and a newly renovated treatment room!

There are change room and shower facilities with amenities to get ready before or after your treatment. Robes are provided to all guests. There is complimentary underground parking available to all spa guests.

The treatments offered range from Registered Massage Therapy treatments or Organic body treatments and skincare. We pride ourselves in using high quality, local, organic, cruelty-free and vegan skin care! Products are available for purchase.

There is a variety of Registered massage Services, Packages and Add-ons to choose from! Feel free to ask our Registered Therapists if you have any medical concerns or questions. Receipts can be provided for all insurance companies.

We also offer many Detox Therapies, including Contemporary Cupping, Herbal Thai Massage, Facial Cupping and Add-ons like TMJ/Sinus Cupping treatments.
