We love it here. PEC is cool and laid back. Lots to do, but you can still find your quiet place. Beaches, booze, amazing food, antiques and farms.... And not an ounce of pretentiousness here, thank you very much!

On 5 acres, backing onto a marsh as far as the eye can see, we have all the quiet space you have been looking for. Just sit on the deck savoring the panoramic view while sipping on your wine.

You get to enjoy the solitude of a rural setting but are just a 10 minute jaunt to Picton Main Street, 15 minutes to Bloomfield and 25 to Wellington. Lounge the day away on one of the many beaches PEC has to offer. Then stop in at the wineries, antique shops and farmer's markets on the way home. Maybe bike around on Big Island amongst the alternating farmland and waterfront. Head out at night to any one of The County's excellent restaurants or cool bars to listen to a live band. Then revel in the peace and stillness that is The Marsh House.

Completely renovated you'll luxuriate in the all-new but really cozy vibe. Warm pine floors and antiques, a gentle breeze flowing through the house, and all the contemporary amenities you could ask for. The perfect oasis for getting away from it all - just lounge around, read a great book, cook, sip wine and play games with your friends or family. 2 Bedrooms: One Master Bedroom with Queen Bed and Ensuite
and another Bedroom with Queen Bed
2 full Bathrooms: Ensuite with walk in glass shower and second bath with bathtub
Fully stocked Gourmet Kitchen with Dishwasher
House is 1600 sq. ft with open concept LR, DR and kitchen

Rental includes; Sandbanks Beach Pass, BBQ, Bed Linens, Bath Towels. We only ask that you provide your own Beach Towels.
Weekly HiSeason Rate $1800 (June/July/August)
3 day weekend $750
Mon - Friday $1200
