The mother project

The Mother Project is a collaboration between an artist Clover Pullover​ and a photographer Kat Friebe​. The vision began with @Cloverpullover aka Ariane R. Kamps who wanted to paint a series of paintings that reflect the beauty and strength in mothers. In the beginning this seemed like a relatively simple task of finding portraits that photographers had taken and asking for their permission to use in her artwork. She found as she scoured the internet that the type of photo's she was looking for were not as common place as she had hoped. Venting her frustration to her photographer friend, Kat caught the vision and they set out to take an honest look at the beauty, raw passion and strength of the mother's around us.
In effort to capture the art of motherhood we are looking for mothers with babies to participate in a photoshoot(s) which will feature the mother that the artist may use as reference in a series of paintings.
