We are premiere destination in Calgary for the acquisition of Strength. Whether you are a competitive strength athlete or someone looking to gain a strength edge in another sport or life in general, we have what you need.

**NOTE** New visits are by appointment only, please call or send a message before dropping by for a visit.

Our facility is set up specifically for strongman and powerlifting, and can also accommodate olympic lifters. We have open turf and rubber, tires, sleds, specialty bars, bumper plates, specialty strongman equipment, plenty of racks, a Woodway treadmill, the useful machines, and plenty more.

We offer personal training in all strength disciplines, strongman classes, and group conditioning classes with a strongman theme. Our instructors are of a caliber that you will find nowhere else, having significant levels of achievement themselves. We are also home to Calgary Barbell, who needs no introduction as an elite powerlifter and coach.
