THE PAINTING EXPERIENCE:

· Painting the unit starts when we lay all the drop-sheets on all the
floors in the unit.
· Then the painter starts checking the unit to make sure he knows
what he has to do to make sure that he has seen all the holes and
the entire condition of the unit.
· Then he starts by closeting all the small and larger holes in the
walls with plaster.
· While the plaster is drying, he starts painting the ceilings.
· After that, he sands down the plaster on the walls / ceilings.
· Now he starts to do the “Cutting”.
· Then the painter starts to paint the walls.
· He paints all cabinets/ closets / window frames / doors and
heating elements in the unit.
· When the painter has done painting the walls, he starts painting
the baseboards.
· The kitchen cabinets and walls painted with semi glass paint as
well as the washrooms.
· All the exposed areas are covered and we make sure to leave the
apartment clean and free of paint and dust.
· With our painting, we have a cleaning team that enters the unit
after the painters and cleans all paint and dust from kitchen,
washrooms and floors in the entire unit.
