At the Wreckroom you'll see something strange: Open, friendly community. Here there are no dividing lines between the experienced and those new to the gym. If you're new here, you'll be welcomed into the family and shown around by those more experienced.

Despite our different starting points, we are a family. Together we strive to reach new heights; fuelled by the support and encouragement of our team. Whether beginner or advanced, everyone here is working toward the same thing; consistent improvement.
