The Yoga Root

The Yoga Root is a community-minded, independent North Vancouver Yoga studio dedicated to helping you achieve health and happiness through the ancient practice of yoga. You'll experience small class sizes where you’ll feel respected and cared for and a relaxed, non-pretentious vibe where you can practice free from judgements and comparisons. New students are invited to try 2 weeks of unlimited yoga for only $30. We welcome all levels of experience - whether you are new to yoga, out of practice or regularly practice. If you can breathe, you can do yoga!
